RRANA may need to collect certain personal information from you in order to perform our role. Information requested may include your name, address, contact phone number, email and/or credit card details. We may need some or all of this information from you in order to facilitate the rescue of sick/injured wildlife, process membership applications, process donations or to manage our volunteer database.

Disclosure

In order to run an efficient rescue and rehabilitation organisation, we may need to disclose your information to other persons, organisations and entities to ensure that animal welfare standards are met. Information may be provided to wildlife volunteers, other animal welfare organisations (e.g. RSPCA NSW), government authorities (e.g. Office of Environment and Heritage), local Council, wildlife hospitals and vet clinics and other wildlife rescue groups. RRANA is not responsible for how other organisations and authorities use and store your personal information or any subsequent breach of your privacy.

We may also need to disclose your personal information if required by law.

RRANA will never sell your personal information to any external party for any purpose.
